GENERAL
How do I book?
Send us a message from the home page and we will respond within 24 hours. Share as much context as you can and we’ll begin working on your request. Once the details are ironed out, we will send you an invoice to complete your booking.
Do I need a deposit in order to reserve my rentals?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to reserve your order. Items are not reserved unless there is a payment made.
Is there a fee for delivery?
Yes, we take into account the distance from our warehouse to your location to calculate the delivery fee. To waive delivery costs, you can pick up your rentals as well.
Can I make changes to my order as the event approaches?
Yes, however we do suggest to over estimate rather than under estimate. We can make changes up to 72 hours prior to your day of pick up or delivery.
Can I get a refund for the items I did not use?
Unfortunately, no. Once our equipment leaves our warehouse we are unable to rent it to other customers. Therefore, when the items are in your possession, you must pay for them.
Can we leave prior to our scheduled end time?
Yes. Please provide us with 30 minutes notice via phone call or text message. You are responsible for all rental items until we are able to return and pack up.
Do we have to clean up when we are done?
No. Our team handles all setup and clean up.
What happens if I show up late?
Your time starts at the scheduled time selected during your booking. We understand life is unpredictable, so we give you a 20 min grace period.
PACKAGES
How do I rent items? I don’t need a package.
You can rent individual pieces if you don’t need a package. Please visit our Products Gallery page to view our inventory and send us a message if you want more information. If you don’t see something you want, let us know and we can tell you if it’s available.
Can the Deluxe & Starry Night Packages exceed 40 people?
Yes! Let us know the number of guests and we’ll send you a quote.
What is a DIY package?
These packages don’t require styling and set up from our team. They are ready made packages, all inclusive of everything you would need to put together a picnic set up for you and 1-4 loved ones. You’ll be provided a reference page to help you put it together seamlessly!
What happens if I want to add an additional hours to my package?
You can add up to 2 additional hours to your package at an hourly rate when you complete your booking.
